Arkansas announced on Tuesday that Norah Flatley will transfer from UCLA to use her extra year of eligibility competing for the Razorbacks.
Flatley had a standout 2022 for the Bruins, competing in the all-around and posting highs of 9.900 or better—including a 9.975 on floor—on all four events. Flatley missed the 2021 season due to injury after competing bars and beam during the abbreviated 2020 season. She was an all-arounder as a freshman, notching a 9.975 on bars in 2019.
For her heroic senior season comeback, College Gym News named Flatley the Comeback Gymnast of the Year.
Flatley will bolster a Razorback squad that graduated many of its lineup regulars and should make an impact on bars and floor especially, though she may continue to compete in the all-around. Former Arkansas signee and five-star recruit Morgan Price recently changed her commitment to Fisk.
