Tracking 2026 Regionals Qualification Live

It’s conference championship weekend, which means the final and most chaotic shake-up of the rankings is about to unfold. Teams across the country aren’t just chasing conference titles—they’re also trying to lock in the best possible position heading into regionals. Earlier this week, our final Bubble Watch broke down the scores and scenarios to watch, but this page is where we’ll track it all in real time: who’s safely in, who’s sweating it out, what scores are still needed, and how the rankings are shifting as results come in. At the top of this page, you’ll find an up-to-date snapshot of where every team stands. Refresh throughout the day and scroll down for live updates as conference championships play out across the country.

Projected Bracket

Last Updated: Saturday at 10:20 p.m. EDT

This is NOT the official bracket, and there is more uncertainty than usual this year. There is reasonable certainty about the top 16 teams, though there is a chance the committee flips the projected Tempe and Corvallis teams. The teams in bold are also fairly certain, but the remaining teams are simply a guess of what the committee might do.

Live Updates

Friday

Conference championship weekend starts with the MIC Championship and session one of the Big Ten Championship. No teams in the MIC are currently in contention for regionals, so we will be focusing on just the Big Ten tonight.

Start of Big Ten Session One

[7:00 – Big Ten] Session one has big implications for our bubble teams. Some teams who don’t compete until tomorrow could know their fate tonight based on what happens here. Nebraska is the only team here guaranteed a spot at regionals. Washington, Rutgers, and Illinois all sit on the bubble hoping to qualify. A 196.1 for Washington and 196.5 for Rutgers will guarantee spots for both teams, while Illinois will want to put up a high score and hope for some help from other teams tomorrow. [7:30 – Big Ten] After one rotation, Rutgers is on pace for the score it needs to qualify for regionals, but Washington had a below average vault rotation and will need to make up some ground in the next three rotations to lock in its spot tonight. [8:00 – Big Ten] Illinois counted a fall on beam in rotation two, which is going to make qualifying to regionals nearly impossible. The Illini need at least a 49.275 on vault and floor to keep the door open, which is above their season highs on both events. [8:30 – Big Ten] Heading into the final rotation! Neither Rutgers or Washington are on pace to lock in their spots tonight, but both can stay on the bubble at their current pace.

End of Big Ten Session One

[9:00 – Big Ten] Washington’s 49.175 locks in their spot at regionals! They cannot finish lower than 36th tomorrow. Also locked into regionals: Air Force, Arizona and Central Michigan! Rutgers enters the top 36 with its win tonight. The bubble is now Rutgers vs Pittsburgh. Illinois, Penn, Boise State, Ball State, and Towson have all been eliminated. Nebraska falls one spot to 33rd and can finish the weekend anywhere between 30th and 34th. Tune in tomorrow to see how the rest plays out!

Saturday

Day two is here! There will be a ton of action all day long, so be sure to check back throughout the day to see what score your team needs and where things stand as the day progresses. We’ll be following all sessions that have regional contender teams remaining.

Start of Big Ten Session Two

[1:00 – Big Ten] Session two of Big Tens features Iowa, Maryland, Ohio State, and Penn State. Penn State, Ohio State, and Iowa are all trying to reach seeded positions at regionals, while Maryland is hoping to avoid the play-in round by scoring at least a 194.75. [1:30 – Big Ten] After rotation one, Ohio State is on pace to move up to 16th, while Maryland is going to want to average at least a 48.75 to guarantee they aren’t in the play-in round.

Start of MAC Championship and Big 12 Session One

[2:00 – Big 12] Session one of Big 12s features West Virginia and Arizona State. WVU cannot make regionals this year regardless of their score today. Arizona State is guaranteed a spot in the play-in round, but a high score today can help give it a favorable matchup in hopes of making round two. [2:00 – MAC] Of the seven teams competing here just Central Michigan will make it to regionals. The Chippewas spot was secured last night once the Big Ten results came in. They are guaranteed to be in the play-in round, but could end up anywhere between 30th and 35th depending on today’s results. The MAC Championship will be a long one, so we’ll check back in a few hours once it wraps up. [2:25 – Big Ten] One rotation to go! Maryland only needs a 48.275 on vault to avoid the play-in round. Meanwhile Ohio State will want a 48.975 on beam to move into a seeded position.

Start of ACC Session One

[2:30 – ACC] This is the meet that will decide the bubble! Keep a close eye on Pittsburgh, who can qualify to regionals for the first time since 2018 with a 195.65. North Carolina has an outside chance at the final seeded position at regionals, but will need a big score and some help from other teams to make that happen. [2:50 – ACC] A 48.7 on bars for Pitt digs them a bit of a hole in their qualification hopes. They need to average between a 48.975 and 49.0 on the remaining three events to qualify.

End of Big Ten Session Two

[3:00 – Big Ten] An unfortunate final rotation leaves Ohio State steady in 18th. Penn State drops to 20th, while Iowa moves up to 19th. Maryland successfully avoids the play-in despite dropping to 28th. They cannot fall any lower today.

Start of SEC Session One

[3:05 – SEC] Kentucky and Auburn are both fighting for seeded places at regionals in this session. Auburn currently sits at 16th and needs a 197.025 to stay there. Kentucky is currently 17th but could move as high as 14th depending on the outcome today. [3:15 – ACC] Pitt continues to fall short of the pace needed for regionals. They need to average a 49.1 on the final two events to qualify. [3:40 – MAC]  Half way through and Central Michigan is on pace to pass Nebraska in the rankings. They need to average a 48.725 in the next two rotations to move ahead. [3:45 – ACC] One more rotation and we’ll know who the 36 teams are. Pittsburgh needs a 49.15 in order to qualify, which is above their season high. Meanwhile, North Carolina is currently on pace to fall one spot to 22nd. End of Big 12 Session One [3:50 – Big 12] Arizona State’s 195.225 keeps them steady in 31st, but are now tied with Air Force. [4:00 – ACC] Unfortunately for Pittsburgh, counting a fall on beam makes it mathematically impossible to qualify to regionals. Congrats to Rutgers for securing the final spot!

End of ACC Session One

[4:20 – ACC] North Carolina stays at 22nd with their 196.025. With Pittsburgh’s elimination Washington and Rutgers are locked in at 35th and 36th, respectively. [4:40 – SEC] After three of five rotations, Georgia is on track to stay in 6th, but Arkansas needs some big scores to guarantee a top eight finish. Arkansas needs to average between a 49.625 – 49.65 on beam and floor to lock it in. Top eight will still be possible without hitting those marks, but will depend on scores from teams competing tonight. [4:50 – MAC] There’s one rotation left in the MAC Championship, but Central Michigan is done with a 196.025. That moves them up three spots to 31st in the rankings. [5:00 – SEC] Missouri wraps up its competition with a 197.075 to stay in 9th, but Arkansas’s current pace would drop it below the Tigers. Arkansas needs a 49.45 to stay ahead of Missouri.

End of SEC Session One

[5:30 – SEC] Arkansas did not get the floor score it needed and falls below Missouri to 9th. Stanford is now locked into the top eight, and will finish in either 7th or 8th depending on Michigan’s score tonight. Michigan State and Utah cannot reach higher than 10th now. Georgia is now locked in at 6th for regionals. Kentucky moves into a seeded position for regionals at 16th and is locked in there! Auburn drops to 17th.

Start of Big Ten Session Three

[6:00 – Big Ten] It’s time for the final session of Big Tens! Lots of seeding scenarios up for grabs by these four teams. Some scores we’re tracking: UCLA can lock in No. 4 with a 198.125 tonight and Michigan can move into the top 8 with a 197.425. [6:30 – Big Ten] A strong first rotation puts Michigan in a good position to move up to 8th! UCLA’s pace would push them temporarily into 4th, but leave them susceptible to Alabama tonight. [6:55 – Big Ten] A slower vault rotation pushes Michigan off pace to move up in the rankings. Jordan Chiles’s 10 however puts UCLA on pace to guarantee 4th place.

Start of Big 12 Session Two and ACC Session Two

[7:00 – Big 12] Session two of Big 12s features four teams that are all headed to regionals. Arizona will most likely be in the play-in round, but have a chance to avoid it with a high score tonight. BYU and Denver are solidly avoiding the play-in round regardless of their scores tonight. Meanwhile, Utah can lock in a three-seed for regionals with a 196.25, but cannot move up to be a two-seed. [7:00 – ACC] In this session of ACCs, Stanford can remain in 7th with a 196.475.  California and Clemson are both fighting for two of 13th, 14th, or 15th today. Cal can stay at 14th with a 196.575. N.C. State could move as high as 17th with a 197 today. [7:25 – Big Ten] Heading into the final rotation! UCLA will want a 49.575 on bars to guarantee 4th, but is still on pace to move up temporarily. Michigan, Michigan State, and Minnesota are all on pace to stay static in the rankings.

End of Big Ten Session Three

[7:45 – Big Ten] UCLA moves up to 4th but did not get the score it needed to guarantee staying there. Alabama now needs a 197.95 to retake fourth. Michigan stays in 10th and with that Stanford, Missouri, and Arkansas all lock in 7th, 8th, and 9th, respectively. Minnesota remains 13th, meaning Utah will either be 11th or 12th and California and Clemson are fighting for 14th vs 15th.

Start of SEC Session Two, MPSF Championship, and MWC Championship

[8:00 – SEC] We’re watching Oklahoma vs LSU for No 1 and if Alabama can move back up to 4th. Oklahoma needs a 197.925 to lock in first. [8:00 – MPSF] Southern Utah has already locked in its spot at regionals, but a 196.85 will allow them to remain in 26th. [8:00 – MWC] Boise State was eliminated from regionals last night, but Air Force, San Jose State, and Utah State are all in. Utah State can guarantee avoiding the play-in round with a 195.2. [8:30 – SEC] After one rotation, LSU is on pace to overtake Oklahoma for first. We’ll keep an eye on this race over the next three rotations.

End of ACC Championship and Big 12 Championship

[9:00 – ACC] Congrats to Clemson on their upset win of ACCs! None of these four teams moved in the rankings as a result. Ranks 14 to 21 are all now locked. [9:05 – Big 12] With the conclusion of Big 12s, Utah remains 12th, Denver and BYU stay 23rd and 24th, respectively, while Arizona falls to 33rd. Central Michigan, Air Force, and Arizona State all move up a spot as a result. [9:30 – SEC] Heading into the final rotation! Oklahoma needs a 49.375 to ensure staying in first. However, it is nearly impossible for Alabama to move back into 4th and will remain in 5th going into regionals.

End of Conference Championships

[10:00 – SEC] At the conclusion of SECs, the top 5 teams all remain the same. Oklahoma first, LSU 2nd, Florida 3rd, and Alabama 5th. [10:05 – MPSF/MWC] Utah State moves up to 26th while Southern Utah drops to 28th. Air Force also moves up one spot to 30th. All the positions are now set! Stay tuned for our bracket projection and the expected individual qualifiers. READ THIS NEXT: Questions, Comments, Concerns: Week 11
