Top Scores and Standouts From Level 10 Nationals

With its 12 sessions and 60 gold medals, level 10 nationals can be confusing for NCAA fans trying to figure out when and how their favorite recruits will have an impact on collegiate programs. To make things easier, we decided to list the best scores in each graduating year.

Below you will find the top 10 all-around scorers in the classes of 2024, 2025, and 2026, as well as the top three scorers on each apparatus for each year.

A note on ratings: The star ratings listed below do not yet take into account results from the 2024 season. New ratings will be released in early June.

Top Scores in the Class of 2024

Kailin Chio (LSU), in Senior D, posted the highest score of this national championship, a stunning 39.375, to win her first all-around national title. She also claimed top honors on vault, bars, and beam. She had a near-perfect competition, topped by her fourth perfect 10.0 on vault. She outscored Avery Neff (Utah), who also had a flawless meet and was leading going into bars, both gymnasts’ final rotation. Neff posted the highest score of the meet on floor, a 9.925. It was her fourth consecutive national title on the event. The friendly rivalry between Neff and Chio has been ongoing since they tied for the Nastia Liukin Cup title last season and could become a thing in college, similar to the era of Maggie Nichols vs. Kyla Ross. Harlyn Tomlin (Georgia) was third with a 38.850. She posted a career high of 9.900 on floor.

Elle Mueller (Oklahoma), in Senior F, put a cherry on top of her extraordinary year, winning her second national all-around title with a 39.175. Her highest score came on vault, where she posted a career high 9.925 for her Yurchenko one and a half. Rylee Guevara (Ohio State), another gymnast who’s had a spectacular season, finished second with a 39.075 and also won floor with a 9.900. She and future Buckeye teammate JJ Coleman posted matching 9.900s on vault, each performing a Yurchenko one and a half, revealing a bright future for Ohio State. Anna Flynn Cashion (Kentucky) and Madison Gustitus (San Jose State) tied for third place with two 38.950s. For both gymnasts, this was a career high. Gustitus also posted career-high scores on bars (9.700) and floor (9.825), and Cashion a career high on vault (9.975) to win the event.

In Senior E, Macy McGowan (UCLA) posted a career high 39.100 to win her first national title. She also took a share of the vault and floor titles with 9.950 and 9.875, respectively. Behind her, Allie Kaempfer (Penn State) capped off a brilliant season with a 38.950, also a career high. In an interview with CGN before nationals, Kaempfer mentioned that she was hoping to build on her perfect 10.0 on vault at regionals and replicate a similar performance at nationals—and she did! With a 9.950, she’s the co-national champion. Aliyah Kelly (Northern Illinois) was third with a 39.850, also a career high.
