LIVE BLOG: ACC Championships Session Two

We’re back with more ACC championship action! Tonight, the top four seeds in the conference take the floor in the evening session. Stanford, California, Clemson, and N.C. State will compete in a quad for the conference title.

Beyond the fight for the ACC crown, there’s plenty on the line nationally as well. Stanford looks to lock in its top-eight seed and avoid any late shake-up—a 197.025 would guarantee at least a No. 7 seed—while California is aiming to solidify its position safely inside the top 16. A 196.575 would guarantee the Golden Bears a top 14 ranking, while 195.575 would lock in at least a No. 16 seed.

Clemson, sitting in that tightly packed seeded range, could still rise or fall depending on tonight’s score, making a hit meet critical for its regionals draw. A 196.225 would guarantee a top-16 ranking heading into the postseason. N.C. State, meanwhile, is firmly in the regionals field but sits in a volatile range where its ranking could swing several spots; while a jump into the top 16 is technically possible, the more realistic goal is to maximize its score and avoid slipping back in the standings ahead of selection.

The meet will be on the ACC Network, and scores can be found on Virtius.
