Frazier Transfers from California to Florida
California gymnastics standout eMjae Frazier announced her transfer to Florida. She has one year of eligibility remaining following her graduation from California a year early. Frazier was a staple in California lineups for the past three seasons and has scored a 10.000 on both beam and floor. The 2025 offseason marks the second year in a row that Florida has nabbed a key transfer from a California school, after UCLA’s Selena Harris-Miranda joined the Gators last year.
SEC to Change Postseason Format After One Year
After the 2025 SEC Championships saw one team left out to accommodate four teams in each session, the format of the event will expand to include all nine SEC teams in 2026. The change was announced by conference commissioner Greg Sankey at the conference’s spring meetings this week. Sankey also shared that five teams will compete in the afternoon session with the remaining four teams competing in the evening session.
Current and Future College Gymnasts Compete at European Championships
Six gymnasts affiliated with NCAA gymnastics programs competed at the European Championships in Leipzig, Germany. Incoming Michigan State freshman Lilia Cosman represented Romania alongside incoming Stanford freshman Ana Barbosu, who earned bronze medals on bars and in the all-around, silver on beam, and gold on floor. Barbosus’ future Stanford classmate Jennifer Williams represented Sweden. Rising Missouri sophomore Kaia Tanskanen represented Finland and was cheered on by multiple Tiger teammates. Finally, incoming Alabama freshman Derin Tanrıyaşükür represented Turkey, and incoming Alaska freshman Rebecca Mitchell represented Denmark.

Denver Adds Haught as Assistant Coach
Denver announced the hiring of Megan Haught as a new assistant coach for the program. Haught was a Georgia gymnast and most recently served as a club coach at WOGA for nine years, in addition to being a judge.

- Denver rising senior Kiley Rorich is training a full-twisting double layout dismount on bars. Incoming teammate Sevana Kasparian is training a Yurchenko one and a half on vault.
- Utah rising senior Ashley Glynn is training a double layout dismount on bars. Teammate Ella Zirbes is working new skills on bars, including a Ray to Pak connection and a Mustafina dismount.
Rehab Progress
Rising LSU sophomore Zoe Miller underwent surgery on her right shoulder. She had surgery on her left shoulder in September.
