This year’s Nastia Liukin Cup Series will be comprised of 20 meets, each of which will qualify one senior gymnast (aged 16 or older) and one junior (15 or younger) to the 13th Nastia Liukin Cup in Frisco, Texas on Feb. 27.
This week’s series included two meets: Elevate the Stage and Magical Classic.
Last week’s qualifiers were Mackenzie Estep (senior) and Brynn Torry (junior).
Elevate the Stage
Winner (senior division): Hannah Scheible
Winner (junior division): Ava Jackson
Oklahoma commit Hannah Scheible won the senior competition displaying beautiful lines on all four events. Especially impressive was her stuck front handspring front pike half on vault.
Ava Jackson, in the class of 2025, notched the junior qualification with a solid performance. Her lines on bars still need some further work, but she was impressive on beam and floor. On the latter event, she opened her routine with a front double twist and danced to an engaging choreography.

Magical Classic
Winner (senior division): Gwen Fink
Winner (junior division): Imani White
North Carolina signee Gwen Fink notched the senior qualification thanks to a commanding performance, topped by a stuck Yurchenko 1.5 on vault and by stunning lines on the other three events. Her floor routine stood out not for both the good tumbling and the beautiful choreography.
Imani White, in the class of 2026, won the junior competition with an impressive all around performance. Some of her skills still need some further polish, but she displayed immense talent and gorgeous long lines. Especially exciting were her Maloney to Tkatchev on bars and her Onodi on beam.
