Having ranked our top 10 leos for all the big four conference teams, as well as some other popular schools (let us know if we haven’t ranked a team you want to see!), it’s time to look at each individual editor’s top 15 leotards of all time—limited to one leo per school. Next up is our MAC editor Kalley! Have opinions about your favorite leotards of all time? We want to see your top 15!

No. 1: Minnesota: This has everything I want in a leotard. I absolutely love the use of the colors here, I love the design and I love the sparkle elements. I need the Gophers to wear this leo at home next season so I can see it in person.
No. 2: UCLA: I was obsessed with this leo when it debuted this year, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. I love the old school athletic vibe and the simplicity of it. The blue and white ombre is stunning, and the yellow stripes down the side? Chef’s kiss.
No. 3: Michigan State: This leo combines two of my favorite design elements: ombre and white. This shade of green is also the prettiest color to work with, in my opinion, and it is absolutely gorgeous here. I even like mesh sleeves on it due to the way the ombre was used.
No. 4: Nebraska: The Huskers have a lot of leos that I really like, but this one takes the top spot for me. I’m sure this will shock everyone, but I love the ombre situation, and the super deep V design—while not everyone’s cup of tea—is phenomenal.
No. 5: Michigan: This one also has a throwback athletic vibe to it, and I love how clean of a design it is. I love the use of white, the subtle-yet-still-sparkly M on the chest and the crystal design on the sleeves.
No. 6: UW Lacrosse: This is an absolutely stunning leo. I love the way the red and black are paired here; it almost looks like ombre but it is just the way the black lays over the red. I love the crystal design, and I even like the black mesh sleeves. I’m still al little upset this one didn’t do better in our leo bracket on Instagram.
No. 7: Ohio State: I know this leo isn’t quite as exciting as the others, but the appeal is in its simplicity. I love the gunmetal shade of black used here, and the subtle crystals spelling out Buckeyes. I don’t normally care for the dog collar type neckline, but even I have to admit it works in this design. It’s an all around winner for me.
No. 8: Illinois: Orange is not an easy color to work with, at all, and the Illini used it flawlessly here. I clearly love the ombre, but more than that I love the way the fabric wraps around the front. This is just a beautiful and super flattering leotard all around.
No. 9: Kentucky: I actually had a somewhat hard time deciding between this leo and a couple others for Kentucky because I love the way the Wildcats utilize blue in their designs. But the ombre combined with the lighter blue sealed it for me. I also love the subtle touch of blue on the black mesh sleeves as well.
No. 10: Washington: Hello purple! I think this is the Huskies’ best leo by far, and I am low key obsessed with this shade of purple. So beautiful.
No. 11: Florida: Generally speaking I am not the biggest fan of Florida leos. A lot of them look really similar, and making blue and orange work together is no easy task. That being said, when the Gators debuted this leo I fell in love immediately. I am such a sucker for a classy black leo, and the blue ombre on the sleeves is subtle perfection.
No. 12: Eastern Michigan: This is the prettiest shade of green, and I am in love with how it is used in this design by Eastern Michigan. It pops so much against the black.
No. 13: California: At face value this leo from Cal is relatively unremarkable, but I think that’s what I love so much about it. It is perfect in its simplicity. I love the stripe in the middle; I think it creates a very flattering look. I also love the way the Golden Bears use the yellow as an accent here.
No. 14: San Jose State: This leo by San Jose State is really beautiful. It’s a lovely share of blue, I love the yellow accent on the sleeves and the black mesh actually really works for me here.
No. 15: Arizona State: This leo reminds me of my No. 1 pick from Minnesota in the sense that they both remind me of flames. I love the combination of the maroon, yellow and black, and this design is a little more unique than what a lot of teams utilize.
