It’s year four with Gymlytics fantasy college gymnastics in 2025! We all learned lessons when GymChem took up the helm and created her revamped game, and we’re ready for a fun new season.
Our weekly cadence will continue to match Gymlytics: The fantasy “week” begins with Friday meets, ends with any Thursday ones and trading happens every Monday via the waiver wire. You’ll find us here every Tuesday talking about “next week,” meaning the fantasy week starting that Friday.
This is your one-stop-shop for all things fantasy each week. We’ll be tracking injuries, noting byes and double headers, and giving you tips and tricks to put forward your best team possible.
It is time to get your trades in! The waiver wire is open, and trades are due by today, Tuesday the 21st at 3 p.m. ET. Your trades will be available for week 4 lineups.

Breakout Performances: Senior Makayla Green scored a 9.900 for the first time on bars, improving on her previous high by a tenth. This was only her fifth collegiate bar routine. Chelsey Dennis notched a 9.875 on beam at Penn on Friday. Before this weekend, she had only competed once for Towson on the event, recording a miss last January. Sienna Robinson has been solid on floor this year, with a 9.850 and a new career high of 9.925 under her belt so far. She was out of the lineup for most of last year with only two sub-9.800 performances, both coming early in the season.
Starts & Sits for Week 4
This is the spot to find your solutions for those big bye weeks and advice on how to handle injuries, lineup changes, and those surprise breakout performances.
Vault: Lucie Kirchner exhibitioned vault for Michigan; with Reyna Guggino out, it’s possible that lineup will shift until Bev Plocki finds her top six. Maryland’s Josephine Kogler balked and didn’t register a score; it seemed like a one-time issue.
Bars: Levi Jung-Ruivivar has been sick and not in the gym, per the broadcast, but it sounded like she wouldn’t be out long-term for the Cardinal. Danielle Sievers re-aggravated a shin injury and will be out for four weeks. If you have enough other bars options, we’d recommend keeping her on your roster in case she returns mid-February.
Beam: We’re not sure why Olivia Hollingsworth was out of Auburn’s lineups. It might be wise to sit her this week if you can’t take a zero; if you have many options, keep her in lineups in case she’s back.
Floor: We now know that Avery Neff’s injury is a severe sprain in both ankles; it seems likely she’ll be out for at least a while, if not the remainder of the year. We’d suggest not dropping her just yet, but it’s highly unlikely she’ll compete at least through the rest of January. Gopher Seria Johnson exhibitioned floor after an injury there week one, and may be back this week. Skyla Schulte is likely to remain in this lineup for the Spartans assuming whatever kept her out to start the season is passed.
Waiver Wire Wrap-up
Finally, we have a waiver wire in gymnastics! Who should you prioritize this week? Since Fantasy Central comes out on Tuesdays, keep in mind that these tips are catered toward next week.
Vault: Illinois State’s Alana Laster has continued her excellent vaulting, hitting her first 9.900 of the year at Windy City last weekend. Cameron Smith is having quite the debut at Ohio State, with back-to-back 9.850s; she has been strong on beam as well. Kaitlyn Hoiland upgraded her vault to become the first one and a half for Texas Woman’s.
Bars: Alabama freshman Ryan Fuller has a 9.925 this week, following her 9.850 debut. At Boise State, Mahleea Werline has topped 9.800 in both of her first outings.
Beam: Penn’s Mimi Fletcher has a 9.800 and 9.875 so far this year and should be widely available. Jojo Valahovic has scored two 9.850s for the Tar Heels, and competes vault and floor as well.
Floor: Competition is going to be high for Cecilia Cooley, who has been strong across bars, beam, and floor for the Pioneers in her comeback season. Freshman Rylee Guevara has back-to-back 9.900s for Ohio State.
