BREAKING: California, Stanford to Join ACC for 2025 Season

The ACC announced that it has voted to add California and Stanford to the conference for the 2025 season. Southern Methodist University, which does not have a gymnastics team, will also join the conference.

The move comes as the Pac-12 was decimated by conference realignment. Oregon State is the only Pac-12 team remaining and has not indicated its next move.

The 2025 ACC season will now include California, Clemson, N.C. State, North Carolina, Pittsburgh, and Stanford after an inaugural season with Clemson, N.C. State, North Carolina and Pittsburgh. You can read more about the expanded Big 12 and Big Ten, the destinations for the rest of the Pac-12 teams.

This is a developing story. We will update this post as more information becomes available.
