Recruiting Roundup: August 1

With in-person visits for the class of 2027 able to start today, commitments in that class will likely occur soon. In the meantime, there have been more exciting commits in the classes of 2025 and 2026.

New Commitments

Class of 2025

  • Samantha Bartlett, who placed in the top five on beam at the 2024 national championships, has switched her commitment from Temple to Northern Illinois.
  • Caitlin Jones, an Australian gymnast, has committed to UW-Eau Claire.

Class of 2026

  • Three-star Regan Bacciocco committed to Minnesota on a full scholarship. She hit a career-high of 9.85 on bars twice this year and was state and regional champion on the event.
  • Mary Vines, who was a regional beam champion this year, has committed to Brown.
  • Hayden Anderton, a bars state and regional champion who also placed in the top five on the event at nationals, committed to Nebraska on an athletic scholarship.
  • Runner-up on vault, bars, and the all-around at state championships, Mackenzie Osborne has committed to Iowa on a full scholarship.
  • Siena Commodari, who placed in the top three on beam at regionals, has committed to Towson on a scholarship.
  • Camryn Pennucci, who qualified to the All-Star session of nationals on beam, committed to Arizona on a partial athletic scholarship.
