2025 AAI Award Finalists Announced

AAI has revealed the six finalists for the 2025 AAI Award, selected from an initial pool of 59 nominees. The prestigious honor is awarded annually to the most accomplished senior gymnast who has left a lasting impact on her team, excelling both in and out of the gym. The finalists, chosen through a vote by coaches, will now compete for the title, with the winner set to be announced at the NCAA national championships in Fort Worth, Texas, from April 17-19.

2025 AAI Award Finalists

Jordan Bowers (Oklahoma, Senior)

A seven-time NCAA All-American, Bowers has amassed nine career perfect 10.0s and was named the 2024 Big 12 Gymnast of the Year. She was also a finalist for the 2024 Honda Award, cementing her status as one of the nation’s top all-around competitors.

Jade Carey (Oregon State, Senior)

A two-time Pac-12 Gymnast of the Year (2022, 2023) and the 2022 Pac-12 Freshman of the Year, Carey has completed two career gym slams and racked up 117 individual event titles. She is also a three-time Honda Award finalist, showcasing her dominance throughout her collegiate career.

Audrey Davis (Oklahoma, Fifth-Year)

A two-time NCAA individual national champion and seven-time All-American, Davis has been a key contributor to Oklahoma’s continued success. She was previously a finalist for the AAI Award in 2024, making her one of the rare athletes to be recognized in back-to-back seasons.

Aleah Finnegan (LSU, Senior)

The 2024 NCAA floor exercise champion, Finnegan is a four-time All-American with seven perfect 10.0s spanning three different events. With 23 individual event titles, she has been a standout performer for LSU throughout her career.

Grace McCallum (Utah, Senior)

A three-time NCAA All-American, McCallum has earned six perfect 10.0s and collected 43 individual event titles during her collegiate career. She was also the 2023 NCAA uneven bars runner-up, demonstrating her consistency on one of gymnastics’ most challenging events.

Leanne Wong (Florida, Senior)

A 12-time NCAA All-American, Wong won the 2024 NCAA uneven bars title and completed a gym slam in 2024. She boasts 10 career perfect 10.0s and was a 2024 Honda Award finalist, proving her excellence across multiple seasons.

The 2025 AAI Award winner will be crowned in Fort Worth, where one of these six remarkable athletes will add another prestigious honor to her already stellar career.
