It’s year four with Gymlytics fantasy college gymnastics in 2025! We all learned lessons when GymChem took up the helm and created her revamped game, and we’re ready for a fun new season.
Our weekly cadence will continue to match Gymlytics: The fantasy “week” begins with Friday meets, ends with any Thursday ones and trading happens every Monday via the waiver wire. You’ll find us here every Tuesday talking about “next week,” meaning the fantasy week starting that Friday.
This is your one-stop-shop for all things fantasy each week. We’ll be tracking injuries, noting byes and double headers, and giving you tips and tricks to put forward your best team possible.
Week 7 is here and despite President’s Day on Monday, we only have one meet that day. Still, there are a good handful of doubles, which means an extra opportunity for your gymnasts to get their best scores.

Data Corner
Once again we have data editor Dara joining us for Fantasy Central each week. She’ll be breaking down the numbers for you with notes on routine hit rate, lineup appearance frequency, and breakout performances to keep an eye on.
Hit Rate and Lineup Frequency: Over the last 10 fantasy weeks (extending into last season), the following gymnasts have been some of the most valuable* on their respective events:
- Vault: Mya Hooten, Jade Carey, Mya Lauzon, Ella Zirbes, Amari Celestine, Isabella Magnelli, Nikki Smith, Makenzie Wilson, Aleah Finnegan, Jocelyn Moore
- Bars: Audrey Davis, Grace McCallum, Jade Carey, Jordan Bowers, Emma Spence, Madelyn Williams, eMjae Frazier, Madison Ulrich, Ella Cesario, Jordyn Lyden
- Beam: Jade Carey, Jordan Bowers, Audrey Davis, Chloe Negrete, Madelyn Williams, Gabby McLaughlin, Emma Malabuyo, Isabella Magnelli, eMjae Frazier, Aleah Finnegan, Grace McCallum
- Floor: Faith Torrez, Mya Lauzon, Jordan Bowers, Sophia Groth, Gabby Gladieux, Frankie Price, Jocelyn Moore, Maddie Jones, Mya Hooten, Hailey Davis
*Based on a 10-player league, using high scores for multi-meet weekends. Top 50 scores including ties in each fantasy week were included at full value, the next 50 scores were included with a slight discount, and remaining scores were ignored when calculating values.
Breakout Performances: Razorback Grace Dexler was solid on her Yurchenko one and a half for a 9.875 in her collegiate debut. Sophomore Olivia Coppola has emerged as a solid beamer this season, after just one routine on the event for a miss last year. She posted a 9.875 and a 9.900 in Illinois’ double meet weekend. Beam specialist Amy Wier claimed a share of the event title for Missouri with the first 9.900 in her three years thus far. Her previous career high was a 9.825. Freshman Kristina Shchennikova made a splash in her beam debut for Boise State, notching a 9.900. Stanford junior Ashley Carter put up her first career 9.900 on beam this week at California. She also made her career floor debut for a 9.875 last Friday and could be a great mid-season pick-up.
Starts & Sits for Week 7
This is the spot to find your solutions for those big bye weeks and advice on how to handle injuries, lineup changes, and those surprise breakout performances.
Vault: Audrey Davis was out of the Oklahoma vault lineup in favor of Elle Mueller; Davis’ ceiling is higher than Mueller’s debut score, but it could be a sign that KJ Kindler sees something in training from Mueller that might land her the spot long term. The Sooners’ nearly all all-arounder lineups this season are unusual for the team, so it wouldn’t be shocking to see Kindler move away from that system as the season progresses. Haleigh Bryant added vault back and picked up right where she left off; expect her to remain here the remainder of the year.
Bars: Danielle Sievers made a surprise return for her first routine since week two for the Sooners. Kindler also posted a clip of Hannah Scheible training bars, which means we could see some lineup shakeups soon if Scheible is almost ready to see lineup time. Avery Neff also made a comeback here, more quickly than many anticipated after her ankle sprains versus Iowa State.
Beam: Mati Waligora stepped in on beam for Arkansas for the first time; while she excelled in her Razorback floor debut, beam was tougher. Expect her to get another shot, but of course, we can’t be certain she’ll be called upon again next week.
Floor: Sloane Blakely was out of lineups, as was her sister, Skye, this week for the Gators. The broadcast implied the changes were last-minute, so they could have been absent due to illness. Auburn shook up lineups due to Olivia Hollingsworth‘s injury; Paige Zancan was added to floor for a 9.900. She should hold that lineup spot moving forward.
Waiver Wire Wrap-up
Finally, we have a waiver wire in gymnastics! Who should you prioritize this week? Since Fantasy Central comes out on Tuesdays, keep in mind that these tips are catered toward next week.
Vault: Grace Dexler vaulted for the Razorbacks for a 9.875; that’s the best number from the non-regular gymnasts Arkansas has tried on the event, so she should see more lineup time, especially with Leah Smith in a boot. Suki Pfister is back for Ball State, with two vaults under her belt.
Bars: Penn State’s Dani Latronica is a consistency queen on bars; every routine she’s put up has been between a 9.800 and 9.875. If you need a steady, reliable score, check whether she’s available in your league.
Beam: Kristina Shchennikova made her Bronco beam debut for a 9.900 this week; grab her if she’s available! Ondine Achampong exhibitioned beam for the Bears. Grab her now if you can!
Floor: Brockport’s Kiara Hockman has two 9.900s so far this year. She leads the DIII standings and could give the DI ranks a run for its money.
