The recruits were out in full force this past week with multiple colleges hosting large groups of rated recruits. On the commitment front, Oklahoma continues to build strong classes with the addition of Madray Johnson and Sofia Estrada, Denver nabbed four-star Emerson Gaa, and Nebraska continues its streak of recruiting international athletes with the addition of Canada’s Tegan Shaver.

- Class of ’26 recruit Jayla Hang took a trip to Stanford, making her the last five-star to take her first visit.
- Presley Duke, the top recruit in the class of ‘26, visited Utah.
- Denver had a busy recruiting weekend, hosting two rated recruits in the class of ‘26: Four-star Emerson Gaa, who subsequently committed, and three-star Keira Lebovit were joined by fellow ‘26 recruits Michelle Lin and Sydney Fleming.
- Michigan hosted a weekend with all-rated recruits as four-star Isabelle David was joined by three-stars Audree Valdenarro, Lacie Saltzmann, Daelin Diaz-Luong, and Lily Power. Following the visit, David verbally committed on a full scholarship.
- Despite being affected by Hurricane Helene, Clemson also hosted an all-rated recruit weekend when it welcomed five-star Imani White alongside four-stars Morgan Reihl, Avery Schlichting, and Railey Bennett.
- LSU played host to the Milton twins alongside four-star Kennedy Cochran. Following the visit, Annalisa Milton, four-stars, and Malea Milton, three stars, announced their commitment to the Tigers.
- A trio of four-stars—Jordyn Johnson, Maddie Stewart, and Julia Cotter—visited Michigan State this weekend. They were joined by Madison Denlinger.
- Rutgers had a huge weekend hosting eight gymnasts in the class of ‘26 including three-star recruits Dru Thames, Abigail Steeley, and Reese Wilson.
Commitment Changes
- Sophie Schriever, a four-star recruit in the class of ’25, has decommitted from Washington. She has visited Iowa and Oregon State.

Class of 2025
- Avery Moll, a three-star recruit in the class of ’26, is joining Georgia early as a member of the class of ‘25. Moll is a versatile gymnast with an all-around high of 38.175
- SEMO has added two athletes to the class of ‘25: Emily Sabers and three-star Genesis Bosque both announced their intention to compete for the Redhawks. Bosque has been offered a full-ride scholarship and—with an all-around high of 37.725 and a high on floor of 9.700—she will be a valuable addition to the team. Sabers’ strongest scores come on vault and floor with highs of 9.500 on each event.
- Addisyn Hofseth is the fourth athlete from her class to commit to Kentucky. A three-star recruit on a full-ride, Hosfeth brings a high of 9.900 on vault to Lexington. She has previously competed a Yurchenko full, but trains a Yurchenko one and a half.
- Texas native Grace McLean has committed to Cornell. She brings a high of 9.550 on beam to the Big Red. She’s the fifth recruit to join class of ‘25.
- Jercy Koliego, who trains at Top Notch Training Center in Georgia, has committed to Illinois State on a full-ride. Though she has a beautiful back handspring layout stepout series on beam, her highest score comes on bars where she tops out at a 9.725.
- Canadian elite Tegan Shaver has announced her commitment to Nebraska. Shaver is a four-star recruit who excels on vault, taking home the title at International Gymnix in 2024.
- Three-star Ruth Whaley, has announced her commitment to Penn. She is a strong competitor on bars and beam with highs of 9.750 and 9.875 on these events respectively.
- West Chester added its first athletes of the class of 2025 with New Jersey’s Alyson Sobczak and Maryland’s Grace McNamara announcing their commitments. Two-time regional qualifier Sobczak, who has a floor high of 9.650, accepted an athletic scholarship. McNamara’s bar skills include a toe on handstand to Gienger connection; she has a high score of 9.325 on the event.
Class of 2026
- Michigan added a pair of four-star recruits from California: Ronnie Amey and Isabelle David. Amey’s stand-out event is bars, where she is a two-time national champion and boasts a high of 9.900. She didn’t compete a same bar release in her routine last season, but has shown an impressive Nabieva. David is on the Jamaican junior national team and has competed at the Junior World Championships and Pan American Championships. She competes domestically in level 10 and has an all-around high of 38.900, with her vault and beam scores topping out at 9.900.
- Camdyn Foster is Iowa State’s first recruit in the class. She is a three-star recruit from Texas, a regionals medalist on vault, and a nationals qualifier. Her all-around high is 37.800.
- Oklahoma added two more to its class of 2026 with four-star level 10 Sofia Estrada and five-star elite Madray Johnson. Estrada is a two-time national qualifier, who scored 9.900 three times last season for her Yurchenko one and a half. She ended the season as the national silver medalist on this event. Johnson is the reigning Pacific Rim silver all-around medalist and has competed at the last four national championships, winning the all-around gold as a junior in 2022.
- Oaklie Deputy, a Utah native, will remain in state after she announced her intention to sign with the Cougars at BYU. She is a two-time national qualifier and four-star recruit whose strengths are bars—where she’s earned a high score of 9.900—beam, and floor. She placed second on bars at the Nastia Liukin Cup in 2023.
- Sutton Strasser, a four-star recruit, is heading to Georgia. She has very impressive scores across all four events with highs of 9.825 on vault and bars and 9.950 on floor. Strasser is the second gymnast to commit to the Gymdogs in this class.
- Emerson Gaa, a four-star recruit from Texas, will become a Pioneer after committing to Denver on a full-ride. Gaa is an impressive floor worker and is a current national champion on this event. She has three scores in the top 100 and has a career high of 9.950.
- Julia Cotter, a four-star and four-time nationals qualifier, has committed to Kentucky on a full ride. Cotter was a national champion on beam in 2024 where she has a high of 9.750.
- Twins Annalisa and Malia Milton from GAGE in Missouri have each committed to LSU on a full ride. The twins, who currently compete elite, will bring different strengths to the Tigers: Annalisa has good fundamentals on bars and vault and Malia is a strong contributor on bars and floor.
