How to Watch the 2022 NCAA Gymnastics Championships

The gymnastics postseason here, and we’re here to answer the biggest question on everyone’s mind: How do I watch the competition? From regionals to nationals, we broke down how gymnastics fans—including international ones!—can follow every exciting round of competition.

As always, be sure to check our master schedule for the most up-to-date information, including live score links, streaming information, start times and more.

How to Watch

You’ll only need access to three different ESPN/Disney properties to watch regionals and nationals, a relief after the chaos of season.

ESPN+

All four regional sites will broadcast all three rounds of competition on ESPN+. This is almost always a standalone subscription that won’t be part of any of your streaming packages, though it does exist as an add-on through Hulu Live TV for an additional $7/mo, so check there first if you have those subscriptions!

ESPN+ costs $6.99/mo and can be canceled at any time. If you have or are interested in Hulu and Disney+ as well, The Disney Bundle includes access to all three platforms for just $7.99/mo.

ESPN2

Both national semifinals will be on ESPN2. You can get the channel through FuboTV, Hulu Live TV, Sling Orange, Sling Blue+Orange, YouTube Live TV and Vidgo. You can find cost and free trial information for each service below.

ABC

The national final will be on ABC, which is over the air. If you don’t have an antenna or access to over-the-air TV, you can access the channel via DIRECTV Stream (locally), FuboTV, HuluLiveTV, YouTube LiveTV and Vidgo. Note that Sling does not offer ABC. You can find cost and free trial information for each service below.

DIRECTV Stream: Starts at $84.99/mo, no free trial; cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund, subject to termination fees

FuboTV: Starts at $64.99/mo, seven-day free trial, cancel any time

Hulu Live TV: Starts at $64.98/mo, additional $7/mo for ESPN+, seven-day free trial, cancel any time

Sling Orange: Starts at $35/mo, no free trial offered, cancel any time
YouTube Live TV: Starts at $64.99/mo, seven-day free trial, cancel any time

Vidgo: Starts at $55/mo, seven-day free trial, cancel any time

There will also likely be an ESPN stream link for the ABC broadcast, which will be available closer to meet time.

International Viewers

At this time, the regional meets on ESPN+ do not appear to be listed on ESPN Player. It is possible to subscribe to ESPN+ through a VPN. We will update this post if other options become available.
