It’s the greatest day of the year for gymnastics fans! Like Super Bowl Sunday for football, Masters Sunday for golf, even game seven of the baseball World Series, this exciting day only comes along once a year. We’ve had two weeks to prepare for the hectic five hours of action and have our snacks, screens and brains ready to go. As always, you’ll find everything you need to follow along with all the meets happening this weekend, including previews of the top matchups, Fantasy Gymnastics resources and every scoring and video link you could ever need. We even have a sample watching setup to help with your preparations for the big day, based off how one of our editors plans to take in the action.

Say it isn’t so…is there really no video for the Salt Lake City regional?
We will be updating links for scores and videos up until the start of the meets. The NCAA requires each regional to have a free stream.
Love that the regionals are free!
Especially when you’re not from the US it’s difficult to catch some of the meets.
