Oklahoma No. 1 in 2018 Preseason Coaches Poll

Oklahoma leads the pack in the annual NACGC/W Preseason Coaches Poll released Monday. The Sooners, two-time defending national champions, received the most votes from participating coaches, while Florida, LSU, Alabama and Utah round out the top five. Stanford and Arizona State made the biggest jumps, rising 10 places each from their 2017 finish to their placement in this year’s poll while West Virginia dropped the most—going from No. 20 to No. 28.
