Top Storylines
Haleigh Bryant wins the 2024 Honda Sports Award
Bryant can officially add the 2024 Honda Sports Award title to the long list of accolades she accumulated throughout the 2024 season. Bryant bested three other athletes to walk away with the title after an incredible fourth season as an LSU Tiger.
Denver Returns Core Four for 2025 Season
The Pioneers will keep four key members of its 2023 national-qualifying team as Bella Mabanta, Rosie Casali, Rylie Mundell, and Abbie Thompson announced they would all return for a fifth year. With their return, Denver only loses Jessica Hutchinson from last season’s team.
Larissa Libby Resigns from Iowa
Libby has been under investigation since March, when members of the team raised concerns about the program’s environment under her leadership. Assistant coach Jessa Hansen Parker will be elevated to interim head coach while Iowa searches for Libby’s replacement.

- Level 10 Developmental Nationals was held in Daytona Beach this past weekend.
- Incoming freshman for Texas Woman’s, Jordan Loock, has qualified for the Canadian National Championships.
- Mike Hunger has been added to the Utah coaching roster, filling the Assistant Coach position.
- Incoming Illinois freshman Chloe Cho has qualified to the U.S. Championships on May 25th.
- Nebraska senior Emma Spence has qualified as a part of the Canadian National Team to the 2024 Pan American Team.
- Utah State will be returning Jenna Eagles, Angel Stuart, and Brianna Brooks for a fifth year.
- Steelie King and Kaitlyn Hoiland will be returning for a fifth year at Texas Woman’s.
- Rising sophomore Madyson Baucom has announced her transfer from Fisk to Illinois State. Baucom did not compete for the Bulldogs last season.
- Rising sophomore Gracie Long has announced her transfer from Iowa State to BYU. Long did not compete for the Cyclones last season.
Training Updates
- LSU rising sophomore Konnor McClain is training a standing tucked full in preparation for the Core Hydration Classic.
- Incoming George Washington freshman Zoe Safran is working on a handful of upgrades including a double layout full out bar dismount, a double layout into the pit, and a switch leap to immediate front tuck on beam.
