How to Watch the 2023 NCAA Gymnastics Championships

The gymnastics postseason here, and we’re here to answer the biggest question on everyone’s mind: How do I watch the competition? From regionals to nationals, we broke down how gymnastics fans—including international ones!—can follow every exciting round.

As always, be sure to check our master schedule for the most up-to-date information, including live score links, streaming information, start times, and more.

How to Watch

You’ll only need access to three different ESPN/Disney properties to watch regionals and nationals, a relief after the chaos of the season. This is your reminder to cancel your BTN+ subscription if you haven’t already done so.

ESPN+

All four regional sites will broadcast all three rounds of competition on ESPN+. This is almost always a standalone subscription that won’t be part of any of your streaming packages. However, if you have Hulu + Live TV, you almost certainly also have access to ESPN+ (they now always come bundled), so double-check your subscription if you are a Hulu + Live TV subscriber.

ESPN+ costs $9.99/mo and can be canceled at any time. If you have or are interested in Hulu and Disney+ as well, The Disney Bundle includes access to all three platforms (with ads) for just $12.99/mo.

ESPN+ will also have individual event streams and a quad box available during the national semifinals and national final.

ESPN2

Both national semifinals will be on ESPN2. You can get the channel through DIRECTV Stream Choice, FuboTV Pro and Extra, Hulu + Live TV, Sling Orange, Sling Blue+Orange, YouTube Live TV, and Vidgo Plus. You can find the cost and free trial information for each service below.

ABC

The national final will be broadcast on ABC, which is over the air. If you don’t have an antenna or access to over-the-air TV, you can access the channel via DIRECTV Stream (locally), FuboTV, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube LiveTV, and Vidgo. Note that Sling now also offers over-the-air programming locally.

DIRECTV Stream: Starts at $89.99/mo, no free trial; cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund, subject to termination fees

FuboTV: Starts at $69.99/mo, seven-day free trial, cancel any time

Hulu Live TV: Starts at $69.99/mo, seven-day free trial, cancel any time

Sling Orange: Starts at $40/mo, no free trial offered, cancel any time

YouTube Live TV: Starts at $64.99/mo, seven-day free trial, cancel any time

Vidgo Plus: Starts at $55.99/mo, four-hour free trial, cancel any time

There will be an ESPN stream link for the ABC broadcast, which is included below.

International Viewers

In the past, the regional meets on ESPN+ did not appear on the ESPN Player. It is possible to subscribe to ESPN+ through a VPN though. We will update this post if other options become available.

  1. Does ESPN+ let you rewatch events? I’m not sure if I’ll be able to watch everything live so I’m hoping I can watch the events later after they are complete.
