SIGNING DAY 2019: East Conferences

The national signing period for women’s gymnastics opens today, which means that dozens of high school athletes will sign National Letters of Intent (NLI) to formalize their commitments to their future college teams. Most of these athletes are high school seniors who will begin training with their college team in the fall of 2020 and compete in the 2021 season, while others will finish high school early and join in January 2020. Still others are high school juniors who will graduate early and join in the fall of 2020, or are international elites.

Note that signing an NLI denotes that an athlete will receive an athletic scholarship for at least her first year. Many future walk-ons will participate in a ceremony or photo opportunity in which they “sign” informally. An athlete is marked as “Signed” only when we can confirm that she has signed an NLI.

Gymnasts who train outside the U.S. or who represent another country internationally are marked with the name of that country. Gymnasts whose names are in italics have not signed yet. Ivy League and Division III athletes will not sign NLIs.

View the signings from the big four conference teams and non-big four teams in the west/midwest.
