While senior Alicia Boren has one of the unfortunate falls, she will still get the opportunity to close out her storied career on a high note at nationals, qualifying in the all around. Along with Oregon State, Denver also moves on to nationals with a final score of 197.375. Its victory was particularly sweet after a beam rotation disaster last year caused it to lose out to Kentucky. This accomplishment also guaranteed the Pioneers will finish with their highest placement in program history regardless of their final ranking in Fort Worth.
