LIVE BLOG: NCAA Nationals Semifinal One

No. 2 LSU, No. 3 UCLA, No. 6 Alabama, No. 7 Nebraska, No. 10 Arkansas and No. 12 Georgia

Kicking off the busiest day of NCAA season in style, we’re at session one of NCAA Nationals in St. Louis, Missouri! While it’s true that there are three very clear leaders in each session, don’t count out the possibility of a spoiler, especially in this first group. Nebraska is well-poised to make a run for Alabama’s presumed spot, so it may come down to the wire. We’ll be doing our best to cover all four events simultaneously and making it a point to get all the individuals covered that ESPN may miss, getting you as much coverage today as we possibly can!

11:15am: Hey everybody! We’re in the final rotation of warmups here in Chaifetz Arena, and we have your preliminary lineups for the whole session.

11:41am: Warmups have officially finished and this place is getting hype! Or at least, the music is. It’s sadly very empty in here, but there’s very distinct cheering sections for each team. I’m sitting right in front of the Arkansas cheering section, aka right by the vault runway toward the beam end, so bars may be a bit hard for me to see, but I’ll do my best! If you’d like to see your Tweet her on the liveblog (or on the arena jumbotron!), use the hashtag #ncaagym. We should be getting underway in just about 20 minutes now!

11:49am: Walk-in is happening now! Ooh, they have sparkler jets this year. Wonder if LSU donated those, ha.

11:52am: Aww Marino is walking by herself and bootless finally! Good to see her getting healthy again. Actually, the only scooter I’ve seen all day I think is Olivia Gunter of LSU. Everyone else who’s been injured is either in a walking boot, brace, or just tape now.

11:59am: Apparently we might be the only outlet here liveblogging from press row, which is pretty exciting I guess? Touch warmup is finally underway, looks like Georgia, LSU, and maybe Bama have new leos? Can’t see Arkansas or Nebraska’s yet, but UCLA is definitely not new. Brianna Brown also might be wearing a new one from Michigan. I’ve definitely never seen it before.

12:06pm: Alrighty, here we go guys! Judges are taking control of their events.

Dennis, UCLA VT: big FTY, close to stuck at least? Big cheer from the team

Guerra, Ala UB: Releases good, bail look like a good handstand but i didn’t catch any of her other handstands. College stick

Macadaeg, LSU BB: Leaps gorgeous as ever. Bhs loso beautiful. Gainer full, sticks! Big cheer from the LSU contingent here.

Arnold, UGA FX: double back to open, good. Missed the middle pass but hits. 1.5 to front lay to close, a strong opener!

12:09pm: A Glenn, VT: FTY, bigger distance and air than I usually see her get! Not a stick but a tiny hop.

Graber, UB: first handstand maybe a little short. giant full to gienger a little messy. Bail is solid. Sticks full in!

Hambrick, BB: Little check on side aerial but keeps it small. Bhs loso, absolutely beautiful. Roundoff double full, stick!

Pedersen, FX: Double pike to open, a little messy in the air but lands fine. Ooh, falls on choreo? Think she might’ve tweaked something, but she gets it together. front lay to front full, good.

12:12pm: Tratz, VT: FTY, great distance, little bounce.

Dickson, UB: Bail a little floppy. Tkachev huge as usual, sticks her dismount.

Edney, BB: A little bobble on her mount, that’s nerves talking now. Bhs loso, nice and floaty. Front toss, basically lands it standing straight up, I love that. Roundoff 1.5, stick! Lots of sticky feet in the house tonight.

12:14pm: Ross, VT: FTY, looked like a stick from here!

Winston, UB: Maloney, a little short on following handstand. Pak is beautiful. DLO, at least one step back.

Desiderio, BB: Bhs loso and falls, yikes. Bobble on full turn. She’s got the nerves bad tonight. Dismount was fine, but that’s definitely not what LSU wanted.

Babalis, FX: Georgia is a routine behind because of the wait for Pedersen’s score. Here we go. Whip double tuck, good. Front lay to front full, solid. Double pike, big bounce on the landing but keeps it tight.

12:16pm: Hano, VT: Big distance on her Y1.5, cross step over.

Childers, UB: Missed most of this but stepped forward twice on dismount.

12:19pm: Hall, VT: Big Y1.5, bigger step than Hano but at least she overdid it rather than under.

Mahoney, UB: Maloney is good, sigh of relief. Bail flops into place. Full in, hop forward

Campbell, BB: beam is moving slow too so I’m moving her to this next section. Keeping things under control so far, switch to switch half is good. Roundoff double full, bounce in place?

Dickson, FX: Sticks to the double pike, good. Missed the entry here so that might’ve been a 1.5 or a front full to front lay. Double tuck to close, takes it all the way to the corner but stays in from where I’m sitting.

12:21pm: Leonard-Baker, ASU VT: sticks with the FTY, small step.

12:23pm: Watson, Aub UB: Bail is solid. Full in, maybe a shuffle?

12:24pm: Finnegan, BB: Wolf turn is fine. Bhs loso secure, though her facial expression is the furthest from serene that I’ve ever seen her. Switch to switch half to beat is good. Side somi, fine. Side aerial to back full, stick! LSU avoids disaster.

Snead, FX: Missed the opening pass but I’m assuming it was the double tuck? Rudi to shush is good. Double pike to close, well controlled.

12:26pm: B Brown, Mich BB: Bhs loso, nice and steady. Leaps good. Side somi, clean. Full turn, showing zero sign of nerves here. What a competitor. Roundoff double full, hangs on for the stick! LSU corral goes crazy for her, aww.

Vega, FX: I love this routine, so many marks in the music and she hits them perfectly. Double pike to open, good control. And she’s the only competing right now, amazing. 1.5 twist to front lay, solid. Double tuck to close, big smile as soon as she hits the ground. A solid start for Georgia.

12:29pm: L Brown, Denver FX: So excited to see her back in competition. DLO is HUGE! Aww, she steps out. 1.5 to front lay to split, nice and floaty. Front leg short on her switch ring. Oh, she only does two passes? Somehow I missed that all season, oops!

12:31pm: After rotation one, here are your standings!

LSU: 49.225
UCLA: 49.1875
Alabama: 49.1625
Georgia: 49.0125

Fourth-place Georgia ekes out a 49 on floor with Vega’s big 9.9 leading the pack, while Alabama ends up in third despite looking like the most consistent of the teams so far thanks to no routines going over 9.85. UCLA is just barely ahead of them with the same problem, but able to drop a 9.8 rather than the 9.6875 that Alabama was forced to drop. And LSU averts catastrophe by dropping Desiderio’s fall and Finnegan going 9.9.

As far as your individuals, Drew Watson of Auburn is making the best case for herself so far with a 9.85 on bars. Brianna Brown of Michigan also put up a 9.8 on beam, while Cairo Leonard-Baker of ASU went 9.775 on vault. Lynnzee Brown unfortunately went out of bounds on her double layout, ending up with a 9.6625 on floor.

12:40pm: Rotation two time!

Oakley, UGA VT: FTY, nice height and a stick! Georgia is not going down without a fight here.

Breen, Neb UB: Jaeger nice and quick. Maybe stuck her dismount? Big cheers over there.

Armbrecht, Ala BB: Missed most of this but clearly a hit.

Bargiacchi, Ark FX: Hits first pass with a split jump out. 1.5 twist to front lay second pass. Little dab before her back spin to close it out.

12:42pm: Arnold, VT: FTY, significantly crooked but only the teeniest of hops on the landing.

Roby, UB: Jaeger clean. Pak super scary but catches, she almost didn’t make it to the bar. DLO super close to the bar but sticks!

Childers, BB: So good to see her back on this event! A little short on split, sheep is clean but not as close to her head as I’d like. Bhs loso, secure. FRont aerial to scale went well. Little step on the dismount.

Wellick, FX: Clean first pass, though I missed what it was. Double pike I think? Front full front lay for second pass, close to the line but stays in. Leaps are lovely.

12:45pm: Vega, VT: FTY and sticks it! She’s so surprised with herself, haha.

Schweihofer, UB: Jaeger to overshoot, good. Slings her DLO out and big step forward.

Ernst, BB: Bhs loso, keeps it under control. Front aerial to split, very nice. Roundoff double full, bounce back.

Yamzon, FX: Double tuck to open. Second pass hit. Front lay front full to close. Performed it more than I’m used to her seeing, but missed most of it because holy crap UGA vault.

12:47pm: Dickson, VT: FTY, stuck cold! Takes her time with the salute, shows off the landing.

Epperson, UB: Jaeger good. DLO dismount, bounce back.

Graber, BB: Love her mount, super fun. Series solid. Roundoff double full with a step forward.

12:49pm: Snead, VT: STICKS HER Y1.5 DEAD COLD! Georgia did not come to play around, y’all.

Houchin, UB: Tkachev is huge, super floaty. Step forward on her dismount.

Winston, BB: Leaps gorgeous as usual. Super secure through series. Roundoff double tuck, a little short and steps forward.

Burton, FX: Double pike to open, solid. Double tuck second pass, good. Front full front lay to close, another good one for Arkansas!

12:51pm: Schild, VT: FTY, not as wow! as her teammates but solid.

Crouse, UB: Apparently fell over the wrong way on a handstand but stayed on the bar. Missed that, thanks for catching me up team! Caught shootover a little funky but saves it. Little step back on the dismount, thought she was gonna stick it.

12:54pm: L Brown, Denver VT: Y1.5, biiiig step forward. Brings it back to salute.

East, BGSU UB: Clean through releases. Shuffle on the dismount it looked like.

Guerrero, BB: Bhs loso loso, super secure as usual. Switch to straddle, good. Side aerial and she has to save it, does a little half turn out of it but other than that, barely shows a check at all. Roundoff 1.5 dismount, little step back.

Shaffer, FX: Biiiig double pike to open. Double tuck is good. 1.5 twist to front lay, knees a little soft on the landing but stands it up.

12:56pm: Watson, Aub BB: Bhs loso, bobbles but stays on. Leaps are good in the air, she’s a little tight. Roundoff 1.5, step forward.

Carter, FX: Double tuck to open, good control. Double pike second pass, looked like she went out from here but I didn’t see a flag? 1.5 twist front lay, solid. I’ve seen her show that off more though.

1:00pm: Bridgens, PSU FX: Double tuck to open, good. Rudi loso, lovely! A little crooked on her wolf jump but masks well. Front full front lay, good. That’s a fun one, I love her music mix.

Alrighty everyone, through two, your standings are:

Alabama: 98.2375
Georgia: 98.1375
LSU: 49.2250
UCLA: 49.1875
Arkansas: 49.1250
Nebraska: 49.0625

Alabama is in the lead at the halfway mark, but Georgia is chomping at their heels, only a tenth behind. LSU only needs a 49.0125 to overtake both, something the Tigers should easily be capable of. UCLA needs 49.05 to overtake both, again, something they’re perfectly capable of where they are on bars.

1:09pm: Yamzon, Ark VT: fty, big bounce back.

Dennis, UCLA UB: clean through I think, but I didn’t catch any of it.

Roby, Neb BB: Front aerial to bhs bhs clean. Little bobble on leaps but keeps it under control. Sticks dismount!

Kirby, LSU FX: first pass to Rudi a little wild but keeps it in bounds. second pass is more controlled. Combination pass solid.

1:12pm: Garner, VT: FTY, crashes.

Honest, UB: Tkachev nice, straddle back to one of her better handstands. slings dismount out but sticks!

Crouse, BB: Leaps were clean. Stuck her dismount. Sorry that’s all I saw!

Desiderio, FX: DLO, gorgeous! second pass punch front through to double tuck, good. Catching her breath in the choreo a little bit. Double pike to close, good!

1:14pm: Wellick, VT: FTY, good distance, little step.

A Glenn, UB: Pak, leg sep. Giant full to double tuck, little hop.

1:15pm: Shaffer, VT: Yhalf, stick! One of her best.

Kocian, UB: Maloney to pak, good. Has to recast I think? On the low bar. Full in, big bounce on dismount.

Schweihofer, BB: Switch to switch half is good. Roundoff double full stick! A hit from what I saw.

Priessman, FX: Full in, gorgeous! 1.5 to front lay, nice. This is such a different routine than her super intense one last year, I kinda love it. Double back to close, good for her.

1:18pm: Speed, VT: FTY, little step.

Lee, UB: Ray , huge air. Bhardwaj textbook. Van Leeuwen is great. DLO, soft knees and bounces forward. Still should be a great score.

Houchin, BB: Solid through series. Roundoff double full, stick! One of the cleaner dismounts.

Edney, FX: Double arabian to open, one of the best she’s done this season. Hit middle pass. Double tuck to close. Crowd is going nuts for her.

1:19pm: Burton, VT: Just a Ylay. Had to go since Garner crashed.

Ross, UB: Maloney good. Bail solid. DLO stuck! What a routine.

Breen, BB: Secure through series. Ring stag is nice. Roundoff 1.5 twist to close, little shuffle maybe? Hard to see over people’s heads.

Finnegan, FX: 1.5 through to 2.5, gorgeous as always. Double tuck, solid. Leaps lovely. Double pike to close, lost control a little but didn’t go out.

1:22pm: Bridgens, PSU VT: Y1.5, nice! Step on the landing.

Stone, tOSU VT: Yhalf, big step.

Leonard-Baker, ASU UB: Missed most of this but it was clearly a hit and she stuck her dismount.

1:25pm: Cerio, Aub UB: gorgeous piked Jaeger! step back on dismount.

Williams, BB: Series is good! Leaps are nice. Sticks dismount I think? Team goes crazy.

Hambrick, FX: DLO is stuck! Even Emily agrees with me, that’s the best Myia’s done her DLO this year. 2.5 twist to punch front, super floaty. Double pike, doesn’t even have to take it to the corner, nice and controlled. One of her best ones this season, I think.

1:27pm: East, BGSU BB: Series is nice. Straddle to tuck jump full, ooh that’s fun. Switch to straddle quarter, good. A little kneesy in her straddles. Roundoff 1.5, step on dismount.

1:28pm: B Brown, Mich FX: 2.5 twist, very nice. 1.5 twist to front lay, good control. She’s got some sass in this choreo, I love! Flashes that M with pride. Gorgeous leaps. Double pike to close, excellent! One of my fave individuals here for sure.

1:31pm: Milliet, Aub BB: Lots of support from the Nebraska corral here. Secure through series. Jumps are lovely as usual. Gainer full stuck! Nice!

We made it to the halfway point! Of this session, anyway. Standings now look something like this:

Nebraska is a full two tenths ahead of Alabama! The upset is seeming more and more possible.

Also, noteworthy:

Guess that’s what the little slip up was on floor.

1:39pm: Finnegan, LSU VT: FTY, little shuffle.

Schild, UGA UB: clean through releases, DLO close to the bar but sticks I think?

G Glenn, UCLA BB: Missed this entirely. Looks like she hit? She was giggling after.

Ambrecht, Ala FX: Double pike to open, good. 1.5 to front lay, solid. Rudi to close, a good start for Bama.

1:41pm: Edwards, VT: Orr not? The lights in here flickered during Finnegan’s vault so I think she’s going again? Will update. Oh, okay, Edwards is going. Y1.5, BIG distance and the smallest of foot shuffles. Good for her!

Vaculik, UB: huuuuuge Gienger, love that. short on final handstand. full in looked stuck maybe?

Kocian, BB: Bhs loso, nice and patient, good. Switch leap to split.

Guerra, FX: Double tuck to open, solid. 1.5 to front lay, good. I saw her do this in warmups and she performed it way more enthusiastically, I wish she would do that here. Oh, there’s that sassy face. Double pike to close, stays in.

1:44pm: Snead, UB: apparently a hit? Missed it with all the vault commotion. Apologies!

Nguyen, BB: Standing loso, nice. Nice work on toe. Really short of split on her split half. Dismount good.

Desch, FX: Just the double pike today. Swims to keep the split jump in control at the end of her connection pass. Double tuck to close. Bama fans go nuts, that was one of her better ones this season I think.

1:46pm: Harrold, VT: Y1.5, just a little cross step behind

Oakley, UB: Transitions are clean. Full in dismount, stuck!

Ohashi, BB: beginning was clean, dismount was stuck, missed everything in the middle. I feel like a horrible gym fan.

1:48pm: Cannamela, VT: just the full today, only the tiniest of shuffles on the landing.

Dickson, UB: Ray was huge! Very nice. DLO stuck I think!

Ross, BB: Front aerial to sissone, good. Side aerial to back full, stuck! Missed the beginning but clearly a hit.

Graber, FX: full in, goes out of bounds. front lay to front full, good control there. Rudi to stag, good.

1:51pm: L Brown, Denver UB: transitions were good, ooh she does a Van Leeuwen! Nice! Little step on the dismount.

Hambrick, VT: Y1.5, a little off to the side and a little hop.

Looks like Finnegan may get to go again? Not sure.

1:52pm: Winston, FX: Double pike today, no DLO today. 1.5 twist to front lay, good. Double tuck to finish, a little wild but tries to keep it small.

Lee, BB: those flares are goooorgeous. Bhs layout 2ft, solid. double turn to beat to split, legendary. No one else combines dance elements like that in NCAA. Side aerial to back full dismount, stuck! Crowd goes nuts!

1:53pm: Edney, VT: Y1.5, big distance and just a tiny hop on the landing. Yes, Finnegan is going again.

1:55pm: Looks like 4 judges just gave Peng a 10! I think it’ll be a 9.9875. Queen.

Guerrero, FX: Double pike to open, too much power so her front foot comes up but she stays in! Combination pass is good. Rudi to close! She is having the best time out there, Bama’s not going down without a fight either.

Finnegan is going again, FTY and swims for the stick!

1:57pm: Apologies for getting so far out of order! Trying to keep this organized but these rotations won’t stay together!

B Brown, Mich VT: FTY, definitely piked in the air and a little hop back.

1:58pm: Watson, Aub FX: she put the double arabian back in! Leaps looks good. Double tuck, second pass. She is super intense right now, Auburn is going to love having three more years of her. Final pass clean, controls her bound forward by bringing her leg to passe. Good showing!

After four, UCLA has taken the lead! Here are your standings.

UCLA: 148.1000
LSU: 147.9750
Alabama: 147.4875
Georgia: 147.4500
Nebraska: 98.4375
Arkansas: 97.8750

Nebraska only need a 49.05 to keep pace with Alabama through three, which should be doable on floor. And Georgia is only a few hundredths behind, so they’ll be hoping for a beam rotation like regionals to bring them up over Alabama on vault.

2:08pm: Rotation 5!

Armbrecht, Ala VT: Just the full, little hop.

Yamzon, Ark UB: Tkachev is good. Bail solid.

Snead, UGA BB: Cat leap to switch leap to back tuck, nice series. Front toss solid. Missed her acro series but she hit it, and stuck her dismount! Good start for Georgia.

Epperson, Neb FX: Front double full, nice! 1.5 twist to front lay. Rudi to close. Love the Pink Panther theme!

2:09pm: Mahoney, VT: FTY, good height but less distance, bounce in place.

Shaffer, UB: Maloney to bail, good. Double tuck dismount, maybe a shuffle?

Dickson, BB: Bhs loso, super solid. Leaps secure. Dismount good, celebrating like a stick but I missed it.

Roby, FX: Full in! Very nice. 1.5 to front lay, good. Double tuck to close and sits it, that’s not what they were hoping for.

2:11pm: Guerra, VT: Yhalf on, tuck half off. Crunched low and a step to the side.

Laird, UB: Ray was slow and feet were flexed but gets decent air. Bail is fine. Dismount looked like a small shuffle.

Schild, BB: Lovely press handstand split mount. Beat to sheep, good. Switch to split, solid. Front aerial, small bobble. Side aerial back full. Must’ve missed her series somewhere in there.

Skipping floor cuz it’s slow, haha.

2:13pm: Graber, VT: Y1.5, big step forward.

Wellick, UB: Shaposh to bail nice. Double front, stuck! Arkansas crowd goes nuts.

2:15pm: Guerrero, VT: Y1.5, slide forward.

Orel, FX: Double pike, bouncy but stays in. Double tuck for second pass, big celebration. I love her facial expressions through this. 1.5 to front half to stag, keeps it under control even though it looked like she was losing it.

2:16pm: Desch, VT: Just the FTY, little slide back.

Speed, UB: Big jaeger, nice! Double tuck dismount, maybe stuck?

Oakley, BB: Bhs loso, little bobble. Leaps were nice. Cartwheel to gainer full, good.

Williams, FX: Double pike, good control. So much sass in this one, she rocks it. Ooh and some Beyonce in here. Front lay to Rudi, nice! Double tuck to close, solid!

2:18pm: Watson, Aub VT: Y1.5, big lunge forward.

Garner, UB: Giant full, good. Gienger, one of her cleaner ones. Step back on double tuck dismount

Babalis, BB: Off on series right off the top. Front aerial to loso, there she goes. Split jump, little bobble. Full turn, she’s so tight. Front toss to wolf jump, much more secure. Punch front full, slide forward.

Crouse, FX: Front double full to punch front! Get it girl. 1.5 twist to front half to straight jump to knee. Rudi to loso, a little delayed in the loso but made it work.

2:21pm: Bridgens, PSU UB: missed it entirely but apparently scored 9.875, so a definite hit.

Vega, BB: Bhs loso, super patient with it and doesn’t bobble at all. Front aerial to beat, again really patient. Side aerial to back full, stuck! Georgia too avoids disaster.

Schweihofer, FX: Open full in, nice control. Front lay to Rudi, little wild on the landing but stays in. Wolf jump is a little crooked. Double back to close, well done!

2:25pm: L Brown, Denver, BB: series is nice. She does her turn differently, backwards I think? Front aerial is secure. Gainer full, stuck! Good for her.

2:26pm: East, BGSU FX: 2.5 twist to punch front, a little bouncey on the landing. Needs some work on the toe point. Omg she has a side pass! Back double full I think? Front full to front lay to close. That was fun!

Standings after 5!

Georgia: 196.6875
Alabama: 196.6250
UCLA: 148.1000
LSU: 147.9750
Nebraska: 147.7750
Arkansas: 147.1625

Alabama is most likely out of Super Six!! Barring disaster from UCLA or LSU, at least. And Georgia has hope! But Nebraska can pass them with just a 48.9150, so we’ll see what happens. Nebraska has gone sub-49 on vault before, but the way they’ve been competing tonight, I don’t think it’s likely.

2:35pm: Here we go! Last rotation! Of this session, anyway.

Roby, Neb VT: that’s a lineup change. FTY, little hop.

Durante, LSU UB: hit bars. nice handstands that I saw and a small shuffle on full in dismount.

Yamzon, Ark BB: didn’t see any of this, but she hit I’m pretty sure.

Kocian, UCLA FX: opened with a 2.5 I think? 1.5 to front lay. Rudi to stag. I like this routine more than last year.

2:37pm: Williams, VT: also a lineup change, FTY close to stuck.

Hambrick, UB: HUGE Ray, Bail is good. full in with a step.

2:39pm: Epperson, VT: big FTY, step back.

Harrold, UB: hits Zuchold! Jaeger is good, double front, little shuffle?

Laird, BB: front aerial, little bobble. gorgeous scale. bobble again on leaps.

Kramer, FX: front double full to punch front, just baaarely stays in. Leaps are nice. Rudi to close I think? A good one for her.

2:40pm: Schweihofer, VT: FTY, big dynamics and a hop.

Edney, UB: A hit. Missed it with Kyla on floor and Nebraska things happening.

Wellick, BB: missed this too. So much happening right now, I’m trying to get back on track for y’all.

Ross, FX: Double back to open, good. 1.5 to front lay, just barely keeps it in bounds. Double pike to close, nice and big! She has improved so much last season.

Crouse, VT: Y1.5, tiniest hop forward. Nebraska thinks they did it. Kendig is crying!! Bless his heart.

2:43pm: Houchin, Y1.5 sticks it cold. If it wasn’t before, that’ll do it.

2:45pm: East, BGSU VT: Y1.5, little shuffle.

Priessman, UB: didn’t see her releases but clearly they were good with that huge score.

Tratz, FX: full in! nice! combination pass is good. double tuck to close, great height.

2:46pm: Finnegan, UB: Huge Ray as usual. Handstand work is lovely. DLO with a bounce back.

Carter, BB: Another hit! Saw some clean leaps and a dismount with a small step, but missed the rest.

2:48pm: B Brown, Mich UB: big release, nice straight pak. DLO with a hop in place.

Hano, FX: Double lay looked great! Combination pass into that little run in the air, I’m not the biggest fan but she definitely makes it more obvious that it’s choreo in person than on TV. Double pike to close, steps out of bounds. Otherwise a great routine.

2:51pm: Garner, BB: Took forever on Carter’s score and looks like there was some scoring disparity so maybe an SV question? Garner’s going now. Clean leaps. Side aerial to loso, okay! Stuck dismount maybe? Hard to see from here.

Ohashi, FX: Love this routine. DLO, excellent. Marathon combo pass straight into drop split, so fun. Her moonwalk isn’t legit but you can’t do MJ without a moonwalk so I appreciate the try. Last pass with a huge smile, that’ll seal the deal for the Bruins I believe.

2:53pm: Burton, BB: Bhs loso, patient with it and keeps is steady. Jumps are clean, I like her sheep actually. Stuck dismount! A good way to close it out for Arkansas.

Leonard-Baker, ASU FX: So much fierceness, love it. Double tuck to open, nice. 1.5 to front full, lovely. Double pike to close, stumbles back out of bounds. So close!

2:55pm: Bridgens, PSU BB: Cat leap to front toss, nice! Leaps were secure. Roundoff 1.5 twist, little step back.
